Return Policy

At Books & Brew Canada, each item is thoughtfully curated with care. Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of many of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on the following items:

• Bookish bundles

• Blind Date with a Book packages

• Digital products

• Stationery items

• Mystery bracelets and similar curated accessories

All sales on these items are final.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll be happy to review the situation and make it right where possible.

European Union (EU) Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your final item, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@booksandbrewcanada.ca with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase. You may also use the standard EU Model Withdrawal Form where applicable.

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated fees.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the original payment method.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalized or custom-made items(blind date with a book, let fate decided your bundle, customized kindle insert/bookmarks)
• Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed after purchase

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
